Start Weight: 173 Goal weight: 160 Week 1 July 22 - 170.5 (2.5lb loss) Week 2 July 29 - 167 (3.5lb loss, total 6lbs loss) Week 3 August 5 - 168 (+1lb gain, total 5lbs loss) Week 4 August 12 - 167 (-1lb, total loss 6lbs) Back to week 2 weight, here's hoping week 5 brings some real progress.

I'm hopeless at sticking to a diet for any length of time so hopefully some group accountability will help me keep on track.
