So I lost 3lbs, I was hoping for more since I gianed on my vacation but it's my TOM so I guess I'll have to be happy with losing at all! Now to hid my scale for the next week so I dont' cry everyday.....

I'm tall too, 5'11", and it's hard not to just feel big around all these petites, but let's look long, lean and toned, and show them all! Cheers! :drinker:

My starting weight for this group is 130. I am not really trying to loose a lot of weight, but I am not healthy and so I am trying to start exercising and eating right. My goal is to weigh 120 by Christmas.

I highly recommend a recipe that I recently saw on MFP. It is great for lunch. Take a soft taco shell spread 1 tbs of peanut butter on it and then add chopped/sliced apple. Roll it up.
I have also heard people mention using bananas.0 -
So I got 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning and have eatten oatmeal for breakfast and yogurt with granola as a snack. I have also had 3 glasses of water to drink :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: so far.
I am hoping to get a short run in tonight to relieve some stress from work and school.
I challenge all of you to drink lots of water for you.

Congrats to everyone that lost weight also to the people who maintained. At least you did not gain. To the people who gained, remember there are many factors in to why you gained. Water weight, what time of day you weigh, etc... Just remember to choose your foods wisely and portion everything. Don't forget to get in at least 3 to 5 days of exercise a week. Even if it is only for 30 mins each time, it is better than nothing at all.
I myself am not going to weigh this week or next. I promised myself that I will not weigh for 3 weeks. So as soon as my 3 weeks is up, I will update my scale. So for now it will not show a change. I know that I am feeling really good and my clothes are fitting better, so I am concentrating on that.
I am not sure if I posted this earlier or not, but I have lost 20 pounds at the beginning of the year and I have been on a plateau for quite a while now. My goal is to actually lose the other 20 pounds before my birthday in October. I am eating better foods now and am continuing on my P90X journey. Today I am on week 8 day 52. I am excited and can not wait to see my results at the end of 90 days.
Here is to a happier and healthier lifestyle for everyone. :bigsmile:0 -
