  • @megjo-oh i definately eat more then 1000cals per day!! That shows because i set that as my net cals. I use the bodybugg and eat so that im at a 950per day (2lbs per week) deficit. Thanks
  • @randy--LOL! I had to go back and look. Thought maybe i spelled it wrong! 3600cals is 3days worth of food for me! (1200 per day). Atleast i did get exercise in before the binge. Thanks
  • Thanks everyone for the ideas! I have been doing a few of these and really appreciate the suggestions! Sometimes your brain gets in a funk and I couldn't think of what else to do, duh. :)
  • I do wish it was easy! I'm also a junk food junkie. I just started so I'm trying to make small goals first because every time I try to go healthy I just go off track. Right now I'm trying to journal and just stay within my calories! Good luck to you! Going healthy is my ultimate goal :)
