Question...on your long run days do you enter all your exercise calories and then eat them back in the same day? If i run say, 20miles...i am not so hungry that day. I do eat a good recovery meal and snack but really, i am more hungry the following day or two. Anyone else like this? How do you usually handle your…

What kind strength of program do you think would work for me
Can anyone give me some personal experiences or thoughts on any programs out there (chalean extreme, jillian michaels 30day shred, etc.)..... I dont really care to hear from anyone who is against them as i know the pros and cons. But for anyone who does...what have you found that works?? I have trouble usually the week or two before my period. I do fine the rest of the month. Looking for something to take just on an as needed basis. Thanks for your suggestions :)

Question for those who DO eat their exercise calories...
I have seen several posts about eating back exercise cals and also about how many cals to count. As in...if i run 5miles in one hour and burn 500cals...do you add 500cals to your diary that you will have available to eat? OR do you take out the cals that you would have burned at rest during that hour... *burned 500cals…

Maybe a different ? about p90x...
I'm a runner and that is my love but I'm thinking about cross training by doing the p90x maybe 1 or 2 times per week to tone up... Will I get any benefits from doing it only that often?? And if so...which ones would best for me to do? Or just mix it up? Thanks :)

Please explain the issue of sodium...
why is it so important to eat lower sodium? Especially if you have no issues with blood pressure and such. I know u retain some fluids after a day of higher sodium but doesn't it easily balance out? And I always heard to just increase fluid intake if you eat more sodium? It just seems like an unnecessary issue to worry…

REALLY worried about no exercise
for the next two weeks (at least) I can do no exercising beyond a slow walk! I have been doing so good with my exercise and calorie intake up till now. I am so worried about "falling off the wagon"! Any suggestions or tips to help me thru?!? THANKS :)

P90x and running???
I love to run 4-6miles most days of the week. I actually "néed" to run most days of the week because of the mental release it gives me. I have been thinking about doing p90x (already have the program) but want to know how and if I can incorporate running with the program? Thanks for any thoughts or personal experiences!

Binged today....now what?
So today i ate about 3600cals. All simple carbs (candy, chips, mcdonalds, etc.). What can i do now if anything to lessen the blow and recover tomorrow? Good thing is atleast i weighed in today so im good that way for a week. THANKS :)

I work nightshirt in other peoples homes. It can get quite long and boring. Wondering if u could help me with ideas on exercises i can do. I do have small hand weights, tile floor that I can put a blanket down, A bare wall, etc. Thanks :)

ugg, daily cals vs. net cals
Another question about calories. When they say that you shouldn't go below 1200 cals per day... is that your daily cals? Or should your NET cals not be below 1200 per day??? THANKS :)
