Question...on your long run days do you enter all your exercise calories and then eat them back in the same day?
If i run say, 20miles...i am not so hungry that day. I do eat a good recovery meal and snack but really, i am more hungry the following day or two.
Anyone else like this? How do you usually handle your calories/hunger?!

Yup I do. I ran 15 miles and ate lots of carbs in the morning and night. Rice made it really easy to get my cals in0
