Hi, Mum of 4 boys here. 4 under 4! Just had twins boys 6 weeks ago and want to shed some pounds to keep up with the older two! I put on 5st in total with my first. I was 3st heavier after he was born. I lost most of it and felt pretty fit doing low carb and 30 day shred, but then fell pregnant with his brother 5.5 months…

Lunch and cinema. Or, if you want something a bit more acive, how about ice skating or bowling... burn those calories whilst having fun!

oh I hate the push ups! I can't do all of them yet. I think this is what will hold me from moving on to level 2.

wow, you really do look amazing! I can't believe the change in your body shape so quickly. If I end up half as toned as you, I'll be happy!

Hi, I am on day 2 here. Was a struggle to get motivated and put the DVD on after my little one went to bed tonight, but I'm glad I did. I have sore thighs and abs so far. But am happy with that as I feel like its done something, although I may not be saying that tomorrow when I attempt day 3!!

Hi, another mummy-belly here too! I gave birth to my son nearly 5 months ago and I've got 3 stone to shift before I can fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes again (2.5 stone at a muffin-top squeeze!) :) I'm going low fat and reducing my carb intake somewhat (love my bread!) and I'm on day 2 of 30 day shred...

Day 2 completed. I found it much harder than yesterday, but thats because some of my muscles were a bit sore, so its a good sign! So glad I did it. I got home and thought I just couldn't be bothered as I was too tired, but pushed myself and feel much better for it now.

I just started today. I certainly worked up a sweat... I am so unfit!
