Try for like 4 sets of 6-10 if you can do more its to light. And of course keep your calories 500 below your maintenance level and you should be golden. You'll see notable results…

Weigh your self in the mornings before you eat anything and after you pre that's your real weight. As for 1000-1200 cals is a bit to low especailly when you workout. Up it to 1500-1700 the very least.
