Lol they screwed him up in wolverine with the ending scene. Lol anyways do more weights less cardio eat a lot of protein lift heavy weights. Try for like 4 sets of 6-10 if you can do more its to light. And of course keep your calories 500 below your maintenance level and you should be golden. You'll see notable results within a month

When you are approaching 90 minutes and more of cardio there is a danger of going catabolic. That will work directly against your goal of gaining muscle. Unless you are training for something specific an hour at a time is plenty. If you do an hour and a half or more you have to find ways to manage your nutrition with gel packs and carb loading to prevent going catabolic.0
