First of all, try eating a bit more, MORE PROTEIN! Second, are you doing the same exercises all the time? Changing it up tricks my body when Im 'stuck' at the same weight.

I know quite a few people who use that tool to take the bit of weight off (easy way out), but are upset that they aren't losing anymore weight because they arent exercising or changing thier eating habits. Weight loss tools should be used to assist the healthy life one is trying to lead! Thanks for your reply by the way!

sroseber, One thing you need to remember....DONT BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF. Start this jouney by making very small goals. I currently lost 85 pounds in less than 6 months, it took discipline and hard work, but I made very small and reasonable DAILY goals.
