I have lost 93 pounds without the help of diet pills! I personally think they are a bad idea. Try changing up your workouts, add more cardio and you will avoid those plateaus! Just remember, ths is all a lifestyle change, not some 'diet' or 'chore'. !!! Hang in there hun!

Hi there, I have the same problem! Here's what I do. I have a banana or an apple before I work out, or on my drive to work (dangerous? lol) Once my stomach settles, I am able to have my eggwhite omelette or special k with another fruit for my breakfast. Good luck!

YES! This is the bread, only 70 calories for the two slices, and when I wanna splurge, I do a club sandwich and add that third bread LOL so yummy!

I can seriously eat an entire dozen breadsticks from olive garden! LOL I love love love bread and its so hard to resist sometimes!

I wouldnt worry too much about it, hun. I once gained 4 pounds after a weekend, then was down those 4 pounds plus another the next day! SERIOUS WATER RETENTION or something hehe. Good luck to you. Try weighing in once a week, your mind will thank you.

I think thats exactly it... I have been focusing too much and working VERY hard toward my goal. Although I do have some bad foods (especially lately) I think Im just TOO focused and cant enjoy things.
