After losing 90 pounds, I treated myself to a new size 8 dress! 8!? I dont think IV EVER BEEN A SIZE 8....maybe at birth! Iv gone from a 24 to an 8 in a little less than a year! Thank you everyone for your support! Sorry I dont have a BEFORE pic, but im happy happy happy share this AFTER PIC!

UGH
So, yesterday was a VERY bad day for me. I didn't feel too motivated, didn't want to exercise, and wanted to eat an entire cheese pizza. I got through it, drank more water than usual (ugh, so bad with the water thing), didnt eat that pizza I craved, and worked out for over an hour!!! Go me :)
