  • I have that same situation. To keep from losing my mind, I do weigh every day (cause it helps keep me on track), but I compare that weight to that day 2 weeks prior. That way I have a broader sense of progress!
  • Add a scoop of peanut butter protein powder! I put a scoop in 2 cups of black chilled coffee and drink that at breakfast, and it's delicious! It makes it so I don't need any creamer or sugar or anything, and gives me extra protein.

  • I've had something similar happen - I started C25k 6 weeks ago, and for the first 4 weeks, my weight stayed the same and even went up a pound! Then BOOM! I was down 4.7 in 3 days' time. Now, I've had 2 more weeks of the same thing. My foot hurts, so thinking about taking a few days off and see what happens with my weight.

  • Kind of taking a stab, but I read somewhere to break a plateau, increase exercise AND calories by 20%. Might be worth a try? For me personally, I stuck it out for 3 weeks and then saw a big drop one finally overnight. Crazy, but it happened.
