Isn't it kinda 6 of one and half a dozen of the other? If you eat 1733 and exercise, then your net is between 1200-1400. If you eat 1322 and eat back your exercise calories, then you also have a similar net?

Might wanna start tracking your sodium intake, too. I know for me, carbs and sodium make me retain water, which makes me crazy when I weigh in and know I've eaten within my calorie range and exercised. This! Sooooo much easier than dealing with water. I don't put mine in a muffin tin, I put two cooling racks on the regular oven rack and just lay out my eggs. I put a cookie sheet below in case one is having a bad day and leaks. The texture of the whites and yolks is perfect, not rubbery or discolored.

I'm doing Day 2 of Week 2 tomorrow, and I'm enjoying it! I never have been much of a runner, even before I got heavy, but doing 5Ks seems to be a fun social sport! Looking forward to making friends with people who like to keep moving!

W4D1 down! That first yoga-ish one was hard for me too. I was excited because I was able to do the last abs exercise! Last time she had me doing situps, it was a real struggle, so yay!
