I've had really good luck with Coldwater Creek jeans (wait for the big seasonal sales) and getting the ones that sit AT the waist rather than those hip-level ones.

I tried the chocolate peanut butter, and it was beyond awful. I bent my spoon trying to even get a bite. And a friend told me the next day that they had been called out on calorie discrepancies with some of them having double the reported calories...…

I don't track sugar. Maybe focus on your carbs vs your sugar, since sugars are also carbs? That is, unless you have a medical need to track every gram of sugar you consume. Fruits are full of sugar, yes, but they also have fiber, which is good for you.

I do this too - and I shred the chicken so I can put it in wraps and on salads or make a low cal chicken salad mix. I definitely have a problem keeping my sodium down, and this has helped a lot!

I buy a big family pack of boneless skinless chicken breasts from Walmart for $10-11, usually 5-7 breasts.. Then I cut them in half so they are half the thickness, and I freeze them individually in those perfect portion bags inside a freezer bag. Defrosts in 5-10 mins in warm water, and I can throw it on my foreman grill…

I find that MFP tends to overestimate my calories burned (in my experience) and that this one gives a more reasonable estimate: http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx Maybe it's because it asks for your avg heart rate as well.

^^ This. I just had the "Power Spinach Salad" there last night. It was the lesser of most evils there. It was delicious, expensive, and salty. 460 calories but 1000 sodium!

Totally. Hate beets with the fiery passion of a thousand burning suns!

I look at meat macros in the "per serving" perspective. I don't really care what percent is what as long as it fits in my macros for the day! Common sense > marketing ploys.

I like to spread it on my sandwich in lieu of cheese. Not that it tastes like cheese, but it's a good substitute. I use a pressure cooker and start from dried chickpeas. It makes a pile of super cheap hummus! http://www.hippressurecooking.com/2011/06/hummus-pressure-cooked-chickpea-dip.html

I log it as circuit training, if that helps!

Jillian Michael's Body Revolution seems good! I'm on week 2. It's 6 days a week with 3 different workouts per week, so good variety. Every 2 weeks, your workouts change. None of them is more than about 36 minutes.

Cook all that food, portion it and put it in the freezer, and then you'll have meals for when you don't feel like cooking! Then on nights where you don't "cook" then you can whip one out and eat it in front of him.

I did the Color Vibe Run in Savannah in late December, and it was a blast! They used colored corn starch, and it washed out just fine. They issued us t-shirts and sunglasses, and I wore a pair of black workout pants and my old sneakers (just in case). Because my hair is light blonde, my stylist recommended I wear a bandana…

Clover fun facts: According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the highest number of leaves found on a clover is 14. One estimate suggests that there are about 10,000 regular three-leaf clovers for every lucky four-leaf clover. Legend says that each leaf of the clover means something: the first is for hope, the second…

I find using my kitchen aid mixer gets a better batter for this. And I add 1 tbs cinnamon and 1/4 cup raisins. I also did a version where I added 2-3 tbs cocoa powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper, and they were tasty, too. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so both versions suited me just fine!

I use 1/4 cup of the Hood Calorie Countdown fat free dairy product (18 calories) and a splash of DaVinci french fanilla flavored syrup (0 calories). Delicious!

I love roasted or sauteed (in mostly chicken broth and spices) brussels sprinkled with Parmesan cheese! yummy!

Make a list for yourself of "safe foods" at the restaurants you go to. I figure though almost every place has a piece of grilled chicken and steamed veggies - that's my standby food wherever I go. If they pick a place that's totally gonna blow up your diet, then casually suggest a place where you know you can eat and stay…

I do my Jillian Michaels workouts barefoot... when I wear shoes for that, I feel like the muscles in the bottom of my feet are straining. I wear flip flops on the elliptical, and I wear sneakers when I'm on the treadmill!

1/2 or 1 full cup of Fiber One Original. It's an acquired taste (or was for me) but then my fiber's done for the day.

I've been using this recipe... http://www.barbarabakes.com/2011/06/pressure-cooker-chicken-taco-filling/ I crunched the numbers in the recipe builder for the quantity of chicken I bought, and 1 cup of this shredded chicken had 47 grams of protein. You can do it in a crock pot, too. The pressure cooker isn't essential, but…
