    I took my co-workers shift because of a death in her family. No gym for me today after my 11 hour shift. I'm tires NOW and I still have 4 1/2 hours.

    I already Hit it this morning, first thing I did when I woke up.
  • Doing my Your Body app, taking a walk with my boys, and the elliptical in the gym tonight...Should be a solid 600 calories which isn't bad for a Monday!!
