^^ agree. Drink lots of water and don't weigh for a few days. You'll be fine. Just went through this when I started Ripped in 30.

Day 5 done! And today, my hamstrings finally loosened up. I'd been walking around like a mummy all week! One more workout tomorrow and then onto Week 2 on Monday, yay!

I switched from delicious (but not worth it) Chocolate/Caramel creamer... now I use 1/4 cup almond milk for 15 calories and a splash of sugar free DaVinci hazelnut syrup. Went from about 100 calories to 15. Worth it!

Day 4 finished! Fast feet was easier today. I'm trying to focus on the breathing in this to help my abs get a little more bang for their buck. I can already feel the difference!

When I surmised during the Olympic Closing Ceremonies that Missy Franklin was like a year old or not even born when the Spice Girls hit the charts. And when a 16 year old boy called me Ma'am 3 weeks ago.

I know your struggle. I have good days where it's really easy and bad days where I crave Chinese takeout all day. I used to eat for every occasion - stress, comfort, celebration, boredom, and occasionally hunger. :) I have always known I'm an emotional eater and have had a major problem with food my whole life. I finally…

I feel ya on that one! But for what it's worth, when I was doing 30DS, I saw that JM's upper arm has a little jiggle. That made me feel some better! lol

^^This. I finished 30DS on Sunday and started Ripped In 30 on Monday and am already loving it!

3 days down, 27 to go! Woot! :)

Day 2 down! Woohoo! I'll be doing RI30 M-F to keep with my work schedule...

I weigh daily. It helps me keep focused on keeping up my good habits, but yes, it does tend to frustrate me sometimes. However, when my weight does go up from one day to the next, I just go back in my weight tracking, and I see how my weight that days compares to 1 week ago and 2 weeks ago. That helps remind me that it's…

I crave salty foods.. I let myself have a bowl of egg drop soup (50 calories, SparkRecipes). Yummy!

Day 1 wasn't as bad as I expected, considering I just finished 30DS yesterday! Used 5lb weights for all but 1 activity. Can't wait to see the results after 30 days!

Just finished 30DS last week and can't wait to give this a try!

Love me some PB2!

Ultimately, I'd love to get to 140. I'm a curvy girl and don't have a small frame. I have subgoals set before that, though. 1) 200 lbs (i'm 1lb away from that one! woot!), 2), 180 lbs, 3) 160lbs, and finally 140lbs. At my smallest, I was 130, but I was running tennis camps and stuff and highly active. Oh, and I was 17 LOL.…

Have you ever tried chafing cream for your thighs? My best friend used Gold Bond Chafing Defense Anti-Friction Formula on a trip to Disney World and she says it was amazing. That (or something similar - have heard that solid deodorant works, too) could help too, if you prefer to wear skirts over shorts.

^^ This I'm almost finished with my first full cycle of 30 DS, and when I began Level 1, I was soooo sore! While the soreness lasted throughout the day, I did find that about 3 minutes into the workout, I barely noticed it. I also started doing more stretches for the backs of my legs. Now at Level 3, I hardly have any…

I measure out a half cup of Fiber One Original and sprinkle it on top of 6oz of Greek yogurt for breakfast each morning. Gets my fiber done for the day, and gets a yogurt taken care of.

I snack on chicken salad made with plain greek yogurt instead of mayo, seasoned with curry, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne. Throw in some celery or onion for extra crunch. Great on a piece of 40-calorie wheat toast!

I do 1200 a day and have lost 21lbs since the first week of May. I exercise (30 day shred or elliptical) 5 days a week, and I eat back my calories if I get hungry. I find I am less hungry eating lots of vegetables and drinking lots of liquids. I've found with the elliptical, it really curbs my appetite, somehow!

Savannah, here! Woot!
