If you are counting your housework as exercise, make sure your not counting it in your daily activity level. Lets say you work Monday-Friday and take 5000 steps through out the day, but you have off today and did some cleaning, it would not count because you are just making up for the daily day to day stuff you would…

The 1320 is without exercise so you would add those calories in and eat those. The 1700 insanity has recommended is taking in consideration the workout you are doing.

Great explanation! I think that is what confused most people... They don't realize MFP already calculates a calorie deficit.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone! Just to reiterate, for those who mentioned switching my meal intake around... I mentioned in my OP that Dinner is the only meal I have with my fiance and I prefer that I am able to having a decent meal with him.

I bought mine from Best Buy... it is different people but it is pretty much the same walk. There is a few new songs in there and the last mile is the "facebook" mile. She said she was going to read fb messages and replied on the tape but it was only 2 peoples messages that were read.

I pre log all my meals to have an idea of my calorie intake for the following day and see if I need to change anything before I eat it. Logging after the meals just makes it easier for me to go over my calories for the day.

I like the idea of 2 lunches! I am a teacher and I watch the children eat their lunch at 11 and then I wait til 1 to have my lunch (my break time!) But I could split the calories.

I don't usually do that at breakfast but I have definitely ate a day or twos worth of calories at dinner!! Make sure you eat something that rest o f the day or you'll be starving tomorrow... try to eat back and few calories and have some salad and chicken later.

I put it under circuit training... It said I burned about 250... Which seems about right, probably more since it is go go go! I don't know about you, but I was sweating buckets with it.

Thanks for the answers everyone! I've been doing this for about 2 months now and have kept off about 7 pounds. I lost 50 pounds about 5 years ago and was able to keep them off for about 4 years (very unhealthy way!!) and I think my body is having a harder time giving up the pounds because of it.
