Body by Vi
I decided I wanted to shake up my diet a little bit and try the Body by Vi shakes. I've tried the Special K and slim fast ones and I thought they were horrible!! Anyway, I decided to give these a shot, if only to have another breakfast option. Anyone have any good recipes for them?

Biggest Loser Meal Bars
Has anyone bought or looked at these bars? I saw them at our local Walgreens and they were on sale so I bought a few boxes. Logging HRM info
When I enter my calories for my workout I enter 75% of what the HRM said. I don't want to double dip calories since some of those are calories I would burn sit or just doing things around the apartment. How does everyone else log them?

I need more energy!!!

How to log the extra 3 inches
