I'll start:
My name is Dana. I am 24 years old and I am here to lose about 50 pounds. So far I have lost 10, I have about 45 more to go if I want to get to my goal weight. I am a full time teacher in my own classroom of 3 year olds.

Hello! My name is Jennifer (Jen for short). I'm 33, I have 3 rambunctious kids, 2 cute little dogs, and an amazing husband. I decided to lose weight about 4 years ago after gaining a lot of weight with my 3 kids (3 kids in 3 1/2 years). I lost about 50 lbs but I never really got down to my ultimate goal weight. This summer I decided to really put forth the effort to reach my goal. It's been slow but I do see some results. I'm hoping this group will help keep me focused and motivated!0

Hi!
Almost four weeks ago I joined MPF when a co-worker invited me. I really like {and need} the accountability and support. I’m still discovering features of this program and came across the challenge groups. I hope I’m not too late to join yours?
My name is Corrie. I’m 48 and live in Virginia. My goal is to regain control of my eating habits, get my butt up and moving, and I want to lose 25 pounds. I’ve become VERY sedentary over the past decade and with that, weight has slowly crept onto my body. Over the last 4 weeks I’ve added cardio and weight lifting back into my life. I’ve yet to see the scale budge - That gets frustrating! But I know my body is adjusting to this unfamiliar shock and its converting fat to muscle – or at least it better be!!
I’d like to join your group for the camaraderie, accountability, and support. I love the idea of mini challenges. And I’ve already learned something; I had no idea there was “an app for that”.0
