Body by Visalus substitutions?

I currently use Body by Visalus as an afternoon snack or for breakfast a few days a week. Does anyone have any substitutions as Body by Vi can get kind of pricey.

    I'm taking Visalus shakes too. I'm down to about one shake a day and 2 pouches last me almost 1.5 months. I also take Premier Chocolate shakes from costco. They're around 28.99 for 18 pack which is about 1.60 per unit and have 30g of protein and are already fully prepared. I think this is pretty close to what a 2 scoop serving of the Vi breaks down to, but that doesn't include all the extras I throw in which increases the cost of my Visalus shakes. I've talked to trainers and others that supplement w/ protein and they seem to think that the Visalus is reasonably priced.
