30DS, Biggest Loser:Last Chance Workout, the list goes on...

For those who are doing these workouts, do you incorporate any other exercise into your plan? I have tried Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout a couple times so far but it has been above my abilities each time. I've been really working on some of my weak parts and I think I am ready to give it a go again. Should I incorporate any other cardio into it?

    I am doing 30 Day Shred and also incorporating 20-30 minute walking/jogging sessions in about 3 times a week. Last Chance Workout is TOUGH especially because it is a long workout. I would suggest trying out 30 DS. It was very cheap when I bought it at Target and all levels are about 20 minutes long.

    With any workout give it your all and you'll get better every time. I have been doing biggest loser season 4 and billy blanks tae bo. Both great workouts. Some days I add a but of running, but that's because I enjoy it. good luck!!
