Why do you have to judge my diet just by my question? I have lots of REAL food... I have found that a shake/smoothie in the morning makes it easier for me to have breakfast with my limited time available in the morning as a teacher.

You can get the pick two... I usually get a plain potato and a salad. Usually my meal comes out to be about 600 calories.

Maybe one "cheat" day a week would help you stay on through the month... Try to keep it within reason but a few extra treats that you don't normally have

It depends on a couple factors however yes you will burn quickly but it is easier to plateau. I eat back almost all of my exercise calories and have been losing very quickly. It involves feeding the body when it needs and tricking the metabolism

Thanks for the info... Its not a regular occurrence. I'm usually really good at controlling what I eat... I plan out all my meals the day before and am pretty good with sticking to it. I just had a child yesterday that drove me nuts!! And due to stress, I forgot to pull my dinner out of the freezer to thaw which led to…

Thank you everyone!! I feel much better... I'm getting ready to have some breakfast and go out for a nice long walk. The sodium really makes sense... I drink LOTS of water on any given day, but yesterday like the food, I spurged and have Diet Coke!! AHHH... So I wasn't flushing anything out of my system. Today is a new day…

I was dying for a snack tonight so I cut up a banana and drizzled a TBSP of Lite Chocolate Syrup onto of it... it was delicious!
