  • I've done the spaghetti with olive oil and garlic... I didn't think it was weird because that's how they did them at an italian restaurant I once worked at. I do limes instead of lemons, but do the same thing with the salt. My new weird one is eating choy chow mein noodles for snacks
  • I bought lentil chips at Whole Foods last Friday and they were awesome. 22 chips for 110 calories... and it was for salsa that I bought them. Yum, yum!

  • When I saw the 800, I said that's the problem, you are not eating enough. The other thing is that if I"m not mistaken cardio will burn more calories than weight training. I use the gym only when the weather doesn't allow me to be outdoors, but when I can i walk 3-4 miles to burn calories. Also I weigh in the morning before…
  • I weigh myself every morning. It has become part of my morning routine and it helps me watch out for any upward trends. Is it obsession? Maybe, but so far is working so I shall remain obsessed.
