My max is 1500 for sodium, but I try to stay under 1000 if possible. I always have my eyes open for low sodium snacks and foods. (My low sodium is for my kidney stones, though. You might be taking in too much sodium also. I suggest you add sodium to the macros you are tracking and see if that is the case. Too much sodium retains water as well as being bad for your kidneys and causing high blood pressure. I'd see your doctor and discuss the issues you are having with him/her. Good Luck!!
