All Crossfit places aren't like that but like gyms, some of them are. Unfortunately sometimes it takes some shopping around to find the perfect fit. Good Luck!

Please don't quit! I go to boot camp too and trust me it's the same way for everyone. Boot camp is not easy but it is worth it. Keep with it and you will notice changes in everything from the way your clothes fit to your endurance. Keep your head up!

Pounds usually don't matter to me. I usually have to lose body fat, inches... Sometimes I can lose 5 pounds and go down a size, sometimes I have to lose 30, depends on your training and what you do.

I worked retail for many years and I don't get angry or upset when stores don't carry my size. It is what it is. I am not going to go into White House Black Market and look for a hot pink shirt either. It should be common sense.

In response to the above: Don't weight yourself everyday. Only weigh yourself once per week in the morning and make sure you get enough sleep. 7-9 hours of sleep is important for weight loss. Your weight as a woman fluctuates daily anyway and if you are sodium sensitive like I am weighing more than once per week will drive…

When I am being serious I usually only do a cheat meal here and there. Cheat meals when I cook at home are usually something starchy or high carb. If I am dining out it is usually pizza or Chinese food. Even when I do this I watch my calories throughout the rest of the day. If I know I am going to have pizza that night, I…

As a woman, your weight will fluctuate daily, best advice is to only weigh yourself once per week on the same scale and at the same time. And I won't comment on the low calories because it won't be nice.
