Final fast day of the week today. Weigh in day tomorrow, and I'm back with a vengeance. I have a works xmas party next weekend, and would like a little wiggle room in my dress. Glad your 1st fast went well. I built myself up to be able to do 5k on fast days, and don't have a problem now. I think if you build it up slowly your body adapts. Fast day for me today, and all I want now is starbucks............. :o Have to pass one on my way home from work, so think I might pop in and go for an americano. That will fill me up until I have food later.

Welcome to the group. :) My only tip for fast days is to plan them. If you know what you're going to eat and when, it takes the hassle out of the day.

TDEE day for me today, and I will keep it healthy. I need to get my normal days under control now, as I have been eating more rubbish food. Even though I've stayed around my TDEE I've not been eating consciously, so have been feeling like I'm constantly hungry even though I know I'm not. I will get back to losing again.

2nd fast today. Going to concentrate on today and no further. Already logged what I'm having and when. Though fast days aren't a problem for me. Maybe I should use the same philosophy for feast days that I use for fast days, and plan them. Or at least for a few days.

Please explain your point? I've found it helps with dietary control. The 2 days fasting encourages you to control yourself, and if you had read any information or looked into it, you would know the other 5 days aren't just a binge fest.
