Weekly Post: 11/09/14-11/16/14
Thought I'd start off the new week. 1st fast of the week, and completed week 6 of C25K. 22 mins of jogging. Still gets me when I think back to week 1 and 90 seconds was tough. Hope everyone has a good week.

Own worst enemy!
Why do I always self sabotage? I lose 14/16lb, and am doing really well, then I always sabotage myself. It starts out with just a little bit extra, and I maintain, then the little bit get a bit more, and the exercise slows down and I end up back at the beginning. Why can't I seem to get past this. Any advice would be great.

Day 2
Day 2 completed. I combined it with my C25K, of which I'm on week 4. I've been doing week 4 for a couple of weeks now, as I pulled the ligaments in my ankle and was told not to run. Back to it now, and found day 2 was slightly easier, but still don't like jumping jacks...... How is everyone finding it?
