Day 2

Day 2 completed. I combined it with my C25K, of which I'm on week 4.

I've been doing week 4 for a couple of weeks now, as I pulled the ligaments in my ankle and was told not to run. Back to it now, and found day 2 was slightly easier, but still don't like jumping jacks......

How is everyone finding it?

    Day 2 done. I did more push ups today.

    Day 2 done! Still hating those side lunges w/ arm raises!

    Done! I did more push-ups today and do not fee very sore (yet). But I have trouble keeping up with the static squats with arm raises, the ones that come right after the push-ups.

    Day 2 done! Taking some many 5 seconds breaks. But at least making it to the end of the vid.
