Was sooo tired this morning decided to have an extra half hour in bed, but feel really guilty about not doing 30ds before work. Told my daughter to make sure I do it tonight when I get home, before doing anything else. Then will go out for a run before making dinner. Will check in later.

I do 30ds in the morning, but have found around 3pm I'm starting to flag. I've started to go for a short walk around my work site during work. It's gives me fresh air and gives me that extra boost to get through the afternoon.

Done. Have to say, I'm beginning to enjoy it. Love the abs portion, that's the time I can breathe......

Day 4 done. I'm happy doing the girlie pushups, but still hating jumping jacks. But it is definitely getting easier. Deb :)

Decided to go for a run 1st thing, then do shred and can honestly say I hate jumping jacks!!! :wink:

I get up half an hour earlier to fit my workout in, as I don't really have much time in the evenings. If I procrastinate I don't do the workout, so I get up and just get on with the workout. I usually don't eat breakfast till I've done my workout, showered and am ready to go to work. I do think it's a personal preference…

I've tried 30 day shred before, but only managed level 1 before I was sick and had to give up. Back to it this morning, but I can honestly say I hate jumping jacks. They don't ever seem to get any easier. Determined to complete the full programme this time. Was planning on doing on doing 10 days per level with a days break…

I had over 100lb to lose, down to 91lb now. I like the idea of having smaller goals of 20lb, and think I'm going to adopt this. when I think I've got 91lb still to go I get a bit disheartened, so I'm going for the 20lb goals. :smile:

I love it. I've just had mine cut from long (approx to my waist) to a short pixie crop, and I love it. Sorry I didn't do it sooner. :happy:
