Maybe try eating smaller meals more often? When I have a few "hungry days" it's easier to eat a little every 2 hours than waiting for meal times.

Try to fill your plate with mostly produce whenever you eat. Large salad or fruit along with your meal. Also, try to eat only half of whatever you get. Those are usually the only realistic things that work for me in those situations.

Maybe let her know you're full and ask that she pack some food to go. I know it's kind of dishonest but that way you can either toss the food out when you get home or eat very small portions over the course of a few days.

I use Better'n Peanut Butter. It isn't exactly like peanut butter but it's ok to cook with or mix with jelly. I'm not a huge fan of it by itself.

I'm NOT a morning person so I try to do a workout DVD after my son falls asleep. He wakes up very early so mornings aren't realistic for me. Yoga is usually a quiet, calm workout.

Great job!

Try making one new recipe a week and I bet you'll learn to cook in no time. You have to have some flops to learn. :)

I can lend some (possible) motivation for mental obstacle 2. Although I'm sure working two jobs IS very busy, there are plenty of us here with very busy schedules who are able to maneuver around them. I work full time and go to school at night. I am also a single mom to a 3 year old. I often don't feel like I have any time…

Wow, great loss in such a short time! Welcome!

I eat raw almonds but this sounds like a good idea to mix things up a bit!

Amazing! What an accomplishment in such a short time!

The protein in greek yogurt is higher than regular yogurt which helps with that full feeling.

Wow! You've got your work cut out for you!

I am pretty sure breastfeeding is in the exercise database. Remember that all of your nutrients are going to your breast milk first. Your body is going to hold on to fat if you're not getting enough food. It's important to eat good healthy food and stay hydrated while nursing.

You should absolutely do this. Your body will thank you!

I usually make scrambled eggs using egg beaters and reduced fat shredded cheddar, sometimes with veggies, sometimes add pieces of a veggie sausage patty or veggie burger . I make this the night before. In the morning I throw it in the microwave while a light english muffin is toasting and then make it into a breakfast…

UGH! The lethargic feeling you get from eating poorly is awful! Who wants to make themself feel like that??

You can always live by the 90:10 rule. 90% of the time you eat well and 10% of the time you slack a little.

GO! Once you get through one class you'll realize how silly it was to worry! You might meet new friends that can help you with your healthy lifestyle.

Don't deprive yourself of those things. If you want them, eat them, just make sure they fit into your daily calorie allowance. Maybe try having 3 small dove chocolate pieces instead of a whole candy bar. On days that you want something fatty and greasy make sure you have a very low calorie breakfast and maybe a salad for…

Wow! A lot of Detroiters! I'm from the Dearborn area. Good luck reaching your goals, everyone!

When I used to eat meat Wendy's was a good option. You can get a small chili and a plain baked potato and dump the chili on top of the potato. Very filling. Or you could cook something tonight that is good re-heated?

Wow, you look great! I'm sure it's wonderful motivation to see your progress through pictures!

You look amazing! What a wonderful feeling!

I usually just do a search for "low calorie crock pot recipes" in my favorite search engine and find tons of stuff! :)

Definitely find some healthier options to their unhealthy options. Don't tell them what's in it so they can't turn their nose up as easily. Adding fresh fruit to things like whole wheat pancakes make it a lot tastier for kids. If they want to go out to eat, don't go. You have a 3 month old and should be able to say that…

PLAN! My life is very busy (work full time, school in the evenings, mom to a toddler). Planning is essential to my success. It may take some getting used to but I log everything I'm going to eat the next day AT LEAST one day in advance and make sure everything is packed and ready to go the night before. Breakfast, morning…
