cool, thanks for the help guys! and i use the adidas heart rate monitor. i don't think it's accurate though because i never had to enter my weight. i'm guessing i probably burn more than it shows since i weigh 265lbs.

keep at it! i was working out for 6 months before i saw any results, and then it just started to fly off! i've lost 30lbs since. every body reacts differently, keep at it and you'll be sure to see some results!
