  • Me too!! :( The weight just crept up..next thing I know my clothes don't fit!! I refuse to buy new clothes, so dropping 25 is more appealing! Yeah 128 to 153 in like 5 months is brutal! I'm only 5" 6 Let's get this done! Accountability and education welcomed!!

  • I have the same problem. Food is easy to resist, drinks not so much. I'm just going to try to premeditate the drinks and bank the calories. Maybe even only allow one night a week for alcohol. Easier said than done but let's do it, vices totally impede fitness goals!
  • Thats a good question! I have the exact same problem. I think so, because I'm dehydrated on Sunday so alcohol ultimately causes water retention once you rehydrate? But yeah, after overindulging I tend to weigh less until I rehydrate. Alcohol does make you gain weight. I've logged calories and they get out of control fast.…
