  • I found a recipe by Dr. Fuhrman that is along the lines of this... 1 can of black beans, drained 1 avocado juice of 1 lime 1 garlic clove fresh cilantro taco sauce or salsa 1/2 green pepper diced Mix togeter and serve on leaves of romaine lettuce. It's awesome!
