I am doing this to attempt at eating better. Todays lunch was really good. Lunch: 10 oz skim milk 2 cups of red & green grapes 2 cups of a brocoli, cauliflower, cucumber & cherry tomatoes 1 TBL fat free ranch dressing 4 oz grilled salmon

I totally understand. Husband and I run a small dairy farm and it upsets us both when those "Happy Cow" commercials come on. We froze our butts off this morning for those cows and we hadn't eaten yet either. Got to take care of the cows before you do anything for yourself. Lisa

I am trying to figure out how many calories to put down. My husband made it a few days ago and of course the cans are gone so I can't figure calories from the cans. We have our own steir butchered so we have our own lean meat in the freezer not sure what to count for calories. Ingrediants: Roast carrots peas green beans…

My highest calorie intake is at breakfast and lunch at then just a little for supper. Do think there are any problems with doing it this way? Also I am allotted 1990 calories a day and then when I do my 2 mile workout twice a day I am given another aprox. 600 more calories am I still going to beable to lose if I don't use…
