  • 19.1 lbs down is fantastic. It is a great accomplishment and you should be proud of it. Don't beat yourself up because you cannot see any results on the outside. Focus on how you feel on the inside. By now you must be feeling better, be able to make it up that flight of stairs a little less out of breath than the last…
  • Just think of it as a "Daily" thing, those extra points/calories expire at midnight (Or bed time :). It is not something that you should be rolling over day to day. When you do wake up the next morning everything basically gets reset and you start fresh. cheers AM
  • there are things that bother me. To be honest tho, I try not to let it bother me - If it does I take myself away from that situation or find a more positive way to look at it. I know it can't always be done. But it's like that little book says "Don't Sweat the small stuff" Cheers :) WR
  • Thanks!! The down side to the resize is because of the pattern on it they can't resize; they remake it. It's covered under the warranty so I'm not worried about it, but it won't be the one that was blessed during the ceremony. That's what I'm struggling with... :ohwell: [/quote] Is it a possibility to have a little fun and…
  • bought some skinny workout pants. Though I still have a caboose of a rear end I was finally happy with what i saw in the mirror when I put them on... Normally I have always worn looser pants for working out :)
  • Another thing to do that is supposed to help. rub in some moisturizing lotion to the jiggly arms and thighs... usually within a few minutes of getting out of the shower. This is supposed to help tighten up the skin. Cheers WR
  • Me too, very annoying... My *kitten* is more of a caboose too. But thats why im here :) it will all line up soon! hahaha
  • I wouldn't say it is Harmless, at least not to everyone. I for one cannot drink anything or eat anything with Aspartame in it. The result if I do is a migraine. Not a debilitating migraine but definitely an uncomfortable one. It took me a long time to figure out just what was causing my migraines... the only common…
  • Go to the other store, try some clothes on!!!
  • it's not a bad thing at all. it is your body working like it should. Once your body adjusts it should start regulating itself and you will not experience as many trips to the bathroom.... Tho for some people this does not change at all. Don't worry, just know where a washroom is all the time :) Cheers WR
  • I have been Checking out a program called Brazil - Butt Lift.. looks pretty intense, however, it might do the trick. http://www.extremefitnessresults.com/brazil-butt-lift.html Anyone else seen or done this?
  • Why not put it into perspective for yourself. Go to the grocery store stack up 33 blocks of butter in a basket then have a look at it, pick it up. Be proud of what you have lost and know that your body and you are better for it. Cheers WR
  • That would be Cooked rice 1cup
  • Bravo... Well said and nicely put. Cheers WR
  • Bravo... Well said and nicely put. Cheers WR
  • the important thing here is not WHEN you weigh in. The important thing is that you do it at the same time, every-time you weigh. That way it stays consistent. An individuals weight will fluctuate many times throughout the day, if you are weighing in at sporadically different times you will get an inconsistent measure.…
  • All Costco Muffins are evil... Just the size of them is daunting... Muffins are toted as being healthy, but really they are not, most times a lightly buttered bagel is the way to go. I used to eat them regularly, not any more won't touch one again!
  • Are you Kidding me? a Frowny Face after saying your pants are loose? Turn that frown upside down my friend... That right there is an accomplishment. You are toning up, and definitely getting slimmer. Keep it up and celebrate (not with food) The little things :) Cheers WR
  • Im in the same boat. Lost 53 lbs, gained it all back I find it way easier staying disciplined as long as I tack everything I eat on here. Gradually things come around to a healthier way of thinking, and healthy choices at meal times. Welcome to MFP, it's a journey you will Love :) WR
  • Careful about what you eat. There are a lot of things there that "look" good for you but definitely are not. If you choose to go with crab or lobster, do not accept the butter to dip it in, they are both pretty tasty without it. STAY AWAY from the little biscuits they put on the table they are WAY more than you think!!!…
  • Thanks everyone for your suggestions :) Awesome variety out there!!! Cheers WR
  • i wouldn't recommend going below 127, anything less and it's unhealthy.
  • Ideal Weight Calculation: Results: According to your height of 5' 7" your ideal healthy weight is 143 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 127 and 159 pounds. This was calculated using Hamwi formula, a simple formula commonly used by many clinicians. These are recommended weights. Talk with your doctor about…
  • Absolutely... MFP takes into account everything you eat. In my opinion it gives you a better overall "picture" of what you are eating in day. 5 Years ago, you did have to count fruits and veggies.. Granted some were zero, but a lot of the fruit still had points.. bananas strawberries, veggies too. (I used to work for…
  • Awesome Job!!!! it's about the little steps Cheers
  • Awesome Job Bryan, these are the kind of things that keep us going from day to day! Like you I have to keep the snacks out of the house. From time to time they find their way back, and almost always stay put... Except those Lindor chocolate balls at christmas they went a little quicker!! Thanks for sharing! Cheers WR
  • Today I am restarting the 9 week challenge. I need to stick with it this time through thick and thin I know it's great, I know it works. LETS DO IT!
  • Add a few other things into your daily routine as well. Park farther way, walk the rest, Take the stairs whenever possible. make sure your vary your routine, don't do the same walk every day, you will tire of it, change directions, walk around another building, take a completely different route. Don't let the weather get…
  • I have this game as well, and the two previous versions. This one is by far the best so far. I started the 9 week course 3 weeks ago and was not able to keep up with for other reasons. I re-started it today, it still kicks my butt :) I have had no problems with the connections as of yet... except when the wii-mote doesn't…
  • Absolutely fantastic idea :)
