  • one glass of wine is actually good for you. have you recently started going to a gym? the reason i ask is that if you have started lifting weights it may be muscle gain. also if you managing your salt intake can some times help take off that water weight salts cause.

  • you lose fat in the opposite order of where you gain it, for example if you gain fat on your breast first you'll probably lose it there last sadly our bodies are designed to hold onto fat in that way
  • i would say two hours of cardio is WAY to much. if i were you i would mix in a little light weight lifting you may not see the pounds drop on the scale from it but as your muscle definition improves you will appear slimmer, and isn't that better then losing pounds?
