Thank you, I know what I should be eating. Part of my weight gain has been reintroducing foods I was skipping before to maintain weight loss, milk, cheese and most carbs (good ones). My Dr just recommended I only gain 15, I'm overall very healthy and this is my second child. I never had gestational diabetes or really any…

Thank you these are great suggestions. I think I do pretty well on the budget for food but sometimes I fall into the super cheap/unhealthy food because well it's cheap.

Everyone loses weight at different paces. Just focus on making good healthy food choices and working out it will come off. I often get really frustrated but remember it took awhile to put it on it's going to take awhile to take it off. I lost my first 20 lbs in the first month but now have tapered way off.

I feel the same way. I'm actually terrified that I will get to that size again.

I started off juicing for the first two months with no excercise, I had gallstones. I had to have my gallbladder removed so I couldnt' excercise until I was healed. So I'm only 2 months into regular excercise.

holy **** you look AMAZING!

I think I'm going to experiment with it, it certainly won't hurt me. I also do strength training and cardio 5-6 days a week so we will see.
-
Wow that is a huge difference!

Mine have changed drastically, I have only lost 34lbs so far and went from a DD to a D and I'm almost a full C cup now :/

Great job!

Greek yogurt for sure, my favorite is Oikos, then Chobani. I haven't tried Fage though, that will be next on my list. Also bread I like double fiber, I think it's Orowheat.

The key is certainly mederation, don't gorge on crap food, your body is not a waste basket. On the other token occaisonaly splurging, in moderation of course, is good it gives your body something new to break down.

I eat about 1200 a day and I'm never hungry. Eating clean is the way to go.

Well my expectations may be too high then but I'm new to this. I'm a recovering fat *kitten* who lied to herself about how bad I was actually eating. When I started juicing the weight would literally fall off every day, so coming off the juice and starting an excercise regimen has almost halted my weight loss.
-
I started in April and was juicing and not excercising as per Dr's orders, gall bladder being removed. I also opened up my diary so any pointers would be great. Please be gentle as I'm new to this clean eating/healthy lifestyle eating.

This is so helpful, thank you for posting this question!

This whole topic sounds liek code for something, am I missing something? I know I want to look sexy as **** naked once I'm more fit but honestly I don't care what size I have ever been, I'm carefree in the sack. If a guy thinks I'm hot fat or smaller he thinks I'm hot period.
-
I have seen fat, sick and nearly dead I started juicing because of that. Food inc is on my netflix que. Thank you everyone for the encouraging words :D guess I needed to hear that this stuff.

I think I'm focusing too much on society's ideal woman's body too. I'm want to be that hot chick in a bikini, it sounds superficial but it's honest. I'm am stronger and I have built my endurance up day after day. This whole weight loss journey can be really frustrating and discouraging at times. I feel better then I use to…

I agree I'm am gratefull I've lost and I don't want to eat like crap but I'm kind of jealous. I'm one of those people who can take one bite of something fattening and gain weight, no joke. I vary of my excercise routines each week so I don't bored or use to anything. I feel sort of lost on what my next step is.

That's awesome! I hope this website helps you along in your journey.

This is all so helpful. I was just wondering this because I love to enjoy beer about once a month and this weekend I drank Friday and Saturday night. I did my usual workouts and ate healthy but was 3lbs heavier. I don't want to never be able to indulge without feeling guilty. I certainly do not ever want to get as big as I…

yes! Clean eating fuels your body and I've lost 3 lbs in a week and a half of clean eating.
-
That's amazing, keep up the good work!!

I LOVE your post, I almost started crying. I wonder this same thing. While I am bigger then you I'm still fighting that same battle. Thanks for sharing :)
