I am 42 years old. I am 4'9 my heaviest weight was 180. and my lowest is 125. I am trying to get to my goal of 105 - 115 depending on what i feel is right for me.

You can also use a mixture of fresh herbs to make a coating. Here is how I make mine: Thaw out fish, then rinse them off with tap water, place on papertowels and pat dry, Then you can make your own bread crumbs, dip in flour shake off the extra, dip in egg ,then put the bread crumbs and fresh herbs together..... place in…

Hi there. I am new to this program. I thought I could give you a small tip. I have been using smaller plates and cutting down what I cook for my family and with 2 teen children, a hubby and a puppy too. Maybe after dinner and if your kids are up for it go for a short walk. Keep going and yes I know it is hard.
