I don't eat breakfast. I do however drink a protien shake then and one for lunch. I have a sensible dinner. I don't eat snacks or raw vegies. Snacks because some of the GF are well, don't taste very well. I only eat when I am very hungry.... other than that I don't eat. Any suggestions, or ideas on how to get my calorie…
