Help please/ and or suggestions.

I don't eat breakfast. I do however drink a protien shake then and one for lunch. I have a sensible dinner. I don't eat snacks or raw vegies. Snacks because some of the GF are well, don't taste very well. I only eat when I am very hungry.... other than that I don't eat.
Any suggestions, or ideas on how to get my calorie intake up please feel free to look at my food log and excersice log too.
Today I got a notice in big RED Letters.
I also drink alot of water ( water intake is about 3Liters per day) and have cut down on my cigerettes too.

My food has to be GlutenFree, LactoseFree. I have acid reflux as well.
