I slice fresh fruit, lemons, limes, strawberries and tangerines in a water bottle (4 cups) and drink 2 bottles a day. It looks refreshing and tastes much better than plain water.

I got stuck in the house babysitting my grandbaby. I did do much house work which included going up and down the stairs for over 90 minutes. Chasing around a 1 year old should count for something. :bigsmile:

Good Mor'ning. I recently started using MFP a few weeks ago and really love it. I gained 25 lbs in the last couple of years and at 5'0, it's not a good look. I currently weigh 152.6 and my goal is to lose 20 more pounds by the end of the challenge. I'm finding for me that exercise is key since I'm only allowed 1200…
