Stay with it don't give up you are worth it. I just started doing lower carb myself after regaining a couple of pounds. I think it might take some of us a little longer to get going especially when we change our diets dramatically.

A few of us got into it and to tell you the I truth it did nothing for me, one lady said she lost some weight but she has gained even more back. Eat real food, watch portions and if you like shakes go get a good one from Sam's or Costco much cheaper. I would say it is just a waste of money.

Yes I would like to know how it works too!

Thanks great info, keeping for reference

Congratulations ....celebrate everyday my friend!

Stay the course and don't lower your calories. Your body needs a certain amount to just function and with exercise you are using even more.

I try to net 1591-1600 calories, I use to be at 1250 net in December but I felt crappy all the time so I upped my calories. I am still waiting for my plateau to be over but I have found my size 12 jeans are loose even though I haven't lost on the scale in two months. I have so much more energy for workouts and life in…

I use both a gym and workout at home. I think it is a matter of preference for each of us. I pay a minimal fee to use my gym $10.60 a month and everyone is doing their own thing but sometimes I just want to workout on my total gym and bands at home. I think mixing it up works best for me so I don't get bored doing the same…

I have had mine since Christmas, a Fitbit One, and I love that it motivates me to move. I like that I can meet my daily and weekly goals. I do track my sleep also in fact my biggest problem is taking it off to charge it back up.

I have the Nutribullet and love it...I add celery stalks, cucumber, spinach, almond milk and whey powder along with all kinds of fruits including apples with the skin. Never put apple seeds or pits in blender of course. Everything mixes quickly and I will never go back to my juicer.

I adjusted almost 4 weeks ago from 1250 to 1590, no real weight gain or loss to speak of but I am feeling so much better. I have more energy to workout and my brain doesn't feel foggy. I was at 1200-1250 for a year and was told to give my body 6 weeks to adjust. Will never go to low calories. I also got a Fitbit One for…

I got my Fitbit One for Christmas for myself and I know it is what makes me want to move more. I love it and the information it gives me is great. Don't even hesitate just get it...I would get the One over the zip if you can afford the $100 price. My opinion only.

Hi Ladies, I just turned 50 and have two adult children, my daughter is 30 and married with 2 kids and my son is 20 and is away at college in his 2nd year. I am an empty nest Mom and became a widow 10 years ago in 2003. I gained a lot of weight but decided in Jan 2012 I wasn't going to be fat and fifty. It was time to get…
