A nurse told me this when I got really sick from the flu one time, but it works for anytime you can't hold anything down: BRAT - Banana, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast. Banana is the one I have the hardest time with, but if you can hold it down, it will help ALOT!!!

I have some and I don't regret buying them. I like them for weight training, circuit training, outside running (they did hurt my feet for a while)... but I could never get used to running on a treadmill or biking with them.
