  • Once you hit your goal weight, I'd recommend doing yoga or strength training to maintain your body weight but lower your body fat percentage. There have been several weeks in which I did not lose weight but did lose percentage points, which basically means I lost a pound or two of fat but gained it back in lean muscle.
  • I've gained 6 pounds in the past month, but my scale says my body fat percentage is down 4%. That just means I'm gaining muscle more quickly than I'm losing fat.
