using the military body fat calculation to work out my bmr it says its 2824 so im thinking if i set my daily cals to 1,500 and try not to go over it but under it is ok? and then if i have a workout try and eat some or all the exercise calories back! will see how this goes for a couple weeks and if i still havent lost will…

i have been doing it nearly 3 months now and lost a stone quit easerly but the past 3 weeks i have only lost 1lb :grumble: im wondering if its to soon to look at it as hitting a plateau or if thats just what it is! hope urs passes soon well done on what u have lost so far thats great :happy:

i like to cook mushrooms, red onion, cherry toms and shredded wafer thin ham in a frying pan with fry light then mix a spoonful of phily extra light in it till its all melted an creamy the chuck in a couple eggs mix all together till cooked then top with bbq sauce mmmm some good idea here im gonna try :)
