what's your favourite low GI food/ dinner? need some good ideas as i seem to be eating the same thing all the time :)
I'm finding it hard to work out if a food is low gi! how do i work it out by looking at the nutritional information of a product when I'm in the shops as most products don't tell you if they are high , medium or low gi ?
