I'm finding it hard to work out if a food is low gi! how do i work it out by looking at the nutritional information of a product when I'm in the shops as most products don't tell you if they are high , medium or low gi ?
I'm not the smartest or cleverest of people i will admit so might need it explained in simple terms lol
any help very much appreciated x
