Hi Everyone! I'm Irene. I'm 34 years old, 5'7" and weigh 155 pounds. Four years ago I used myfitnesspal to go from 153 pounds to 125 pounds, and I was in the best shape of my life. I kept my weight in the 125-135 pound range until I got pregnant early last year. Now I'm back on myfitnesspal to lose the rest of the baby…

I just tried them out, I really liked if! The calorie burn it calculates was pretty similar to what my heart rate monitor calculated (never even close on traditional ellipticals). I felt it was a better workout for my glutes and hamstrings than traditional elliptical.

I saw a physical therapist and he really helped me work on my running form, I noticed an immediate difference. If you have pain while running, it might be good to…

I have a pretty good idea of how much food is too much thanks to mfp, so I keep it reasonable and don't stress over logging. I was becoming a bit too obsessed over the numbers, so I decided to give myself one day a week to not log. If I…

I'm 5'6", when I started getting back into exercising I weighed 152.5 lbs and my body fat was 36.8%. Three months ago I weighed 150.6 lbs and my body fat was 33.9%. It was at that time that I started using mfp. Today I weigh 138 lbs and I'm getting my body fat done next week. I would like to have my body fat percentage be…

MFP had me at 1200 calories per day, and I was just too hungry. I changed my current activity level to "lightly active" from "sedentary" in my goals, it is now giving me 1400 calories per day which seems manageable to me. The BMR calculator here (http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/) gives me a much higher caloric…
