  • Naked wings (not breaded or fried) with dry rubs. The traditional are less than the boneless too.
  • I like getting a pitcher of water, slicing a lemon, lime, and orange, adding the slices to the water, and a couple sprigs of mint. It looks beautiful and tastes refreshing!
  • My two favorites are Zumba and Spin they both get me sweating, heart pumping, and of course give me an amazing cardio high.
  • Some sort of weight excerise, even if it's body weight.

  • This won't do anything for belly fat... but it will help you slim your belly. Cut back on your sodium. Lots of sodium = lots of water retention. Make sure you're eating enough fiber and drinking enough water to flush everything out too. Sometimes a "backup" can cause some pretty severe gut pooch.
  • There's walking at a leisurely pace. You could log that. On days that I work on the floor versus working at the desk, I usually put in 30 min or so even though I'm actually running around for 12 hours.

  • I wouldn't pay more than $5 a class. We already had an xbox, so when we got the kinect, the Zumba game was a no brainer. It has paid for itself already.
  • I've heard that your body doesn't even start to release the stress releasing, feel good, benificial hormones until 20+ min. I *think* they (it was in a Jillian Michael's podcast) said that the full effects were around 45 min. So maybe instead of doing a long 90 min, you could do two 45 min. Seems like quite a bit though.…

  • For cardio I generally set a goal time. At times I will hit that, and push myself to do another 10-15 min just to see if I can do it. After consistantly pushing through the extra that becomes me new "goal." With weights, I always do 3 sets of 15 reps. When I want to really push it, challenge myself to do an extra 5 reps.…
