I was entering in my strength training exercises today and accidently hit the delete button on the fitbit calorie adjustment under cardio. How do I get that back? I've tried disconnecting my fitbit app from mfp and reconnecting but it's still gone.

So you notice your hunger flucuating with your hormones? Not cravings, but your actual hunger pains? I've noticed that I'm SUPER hungry today.
